Sometimes you’ll put a mailer out and you’ll get so many responses back that you can pick and choose which ones you want to work. When that happens it makes things really easy and it kinda spoils you for the deals that may need you to do some work. I’m talking about the ones that need quiet titles, they need probate, there’s no will, etc. etc. Those are the deals we’re talking about today. The ones that need you to put in the extra step or come up with a solution to a problem or think outside the box. Those deals are the ones that may take a little longer to get done but in the end you could stand to make a killer return on them.
