If you know us and our business model, you know that we rely on the pros to do a lot of the work for us. That could be a Title company to close the deal or a Realtor to sell it and when you hire people that specialize in particular parts of the business there’s a level of expertise you expect to have. That’s not always the case though and sometimes deals can get held up because of it. Our job as Investors should be to work through this with them and not let the deal die.
