The weather here in Texas has been absolutely crazy this past week and with it came a whole list of problems that Texas wasn’t ready for. Widespread power outages that lasted for days, frozen and busted water pipes, undriveable roads, etc.. etc.. We were lucky enough to keep our homes running but a lot of our friends and family weren’t so lucky.
