We’ll often get a question about what deal size people should be going after. Is it best to buy 5 acres? 40 acres? or maybe even 100 acre parcels and the answer isn’t quiet as simple as people would hope. There’s a ton of factors that go into, you could have a ton of money and patients and not need to sell something every month so one or two massive deals per year is perfect for you. On the other side of that you may want to hedge your bets by having multiple sized properties at varying price ranges. The one size fits all model doesn’t apply here so today we’re going to dive into that a little and try and share some insight into why.
