One of the greatest things about Land Investing is that not only can we flip our parcels for large cash profits but that we can also owner finance the land and create a really good source of monthly cash flow. What’s even better is, unlike houses or commercial properties, we can buy our deals very cheap and then get all our money back when we sell it on a note and then it’s nothing but profit from then on out.
