I can’t even believe we’ve gotta do today’s topic but this is something we’ve actually seen as a thread on some land forums out there. Not ours thankfully but it is out there so we’re gonna talk about it. It’s the idea that you should self close a deal if a Title company can’t get it done for you because of a title issue or some other problem. There’s so many things wrong with this that I don’t even know where to start so listen in and hear us talk it out.
