We are so freaking excited today because Seth Williams, the REtipster, is here with us. If you don’t know who he is you’ve probably been living under a rock but that’s okay just read this blurb I stole from his website and then go check out his site for yourself and his podcast: “Seth is a land investor and residential income property owner, with hundreds of closed transactions and nearly a decade of experience in the commercial real estate banking industry.
