They say that success leaves clues and the longer we do this business the more we realize that. We’ve been Land Investors for several years now and we’ve gotten to know lots of successful investors and they all seem to have several traits in common. So today we’re going to sit down and discuss what we think those traits are. We’ve each come up with three of our own for the show but not surprisingly they seem to relate to each other in one way or the other. Do you have the traits? Can you relate to what we’re saying?
