As business owners we need to get comfortable with change because the second we create a plan something will happen or come up that completely throws us off. As Real Estate Investors we’re lucky enough to have a built in hedge against this and that has to do with our expertise in buying properties off market and below value. By having this ability we’re able to pivot out of deals that we had certain plans for but somewhere along the line got those plans changed. Today, we’re gonna talk about one of those deals and how it was handled and the resulting profit that was made because of it.
