One of the most important things a land investor can have is a good list of property owners that we can market to. We don’t just want people that are behind on their taxes either, we want a current list of all owners in our designated county so that we can send blind offers to everyone. There’s a common theme going around that you can call the county, ask for a list and they’ll just hand one over to you without question and without charging you. Is this true?
