Sometimes there’s a narrow road splitting the difference between what’s right and what’s wrong and the Real Estate industry is no exception to this. It doesn’t seem to matter who you are either, at some point you’re gonna be put in a situation where you’ll have to make a decision and either yourself or someone else is going to take a loss because of it. We were actually just put in this situation on the sale of some land where the seller backed out long after there option period was over and they asked for their money back. So what do you do? The properties been off the market for several weeks at this point and the buyer is well aware of what happens when you back out of a contract after a certain time frame. Then there’s the whole other part with this regarding someone being sick. So, what did we do? You’re gonna have to listen to find out.
