Such a simple concept right? Yet, it often gets over looked and it can seriously save your business a ton of headaches. Contracts, emails, photos, videos, etc.. Create your folders, get an external hard drive, do whatever you need to do but save yourself some headaches and get used to saving. We learned this early in our careers and it’s saved our butt’s more than once. You need that photo from that one desert property you bought years ago? Boom. There it is, stored neatly away. You have a problem with a client over what was said? Boom. You can put an end to that right now by pulling up the email. This is business and you need to be able to locate and recall things at any given moment so as the saying goes, “save early, save often”.
