This is a topic that we had literally just talked about with each other when started seeing other people ask it on the various Land Groups so you know we had to give our take on it. I think Justin’s answer is going to blow your mind because it was a surprise to me and I also think you may have a different opinion than both of us. That’s what makes Land Investing so great.
