How much does the contract you use actually matter? Do you need something that’s been lawyered to death and has 100 pages or will a one page contract get it done? It’s a serious question because as Investors we close deals all the time on a simple one page contract that lays everything out. Then you get a Realtor involved and you seem to sign your life away for the exact same outcome as the one page that we used to purchase the property.
